Our goal is to ensure your pleasant rest and to avoid possible misunderstandings, so we would like you to familiarize yourself with our policy!
When making a reservation, you declare that you have read and understood the policy, and that you and your fellow passengers must accept it.
We operate our guest house within the framework of private accommodation.
Upon arrival, the guest must hand over their personal documents (passport or identity card, residential address card) and the amount to be paid on the spot to the host for data collection. Our guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee!
By the full participation fee we mean the pre-booked days, in the event that they decide to cancel their stay here first, we will not be able to refund the money!
Payment methods: cash, bank card, SZÉP card. Tourist tax cannot be paid with a SZÉP card!
The accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival between 14:00 and 20:00. If you arrive later, please inform us of your delay by phone!
On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m.!
Upon arrival and departure, the operator is available for the guests!
Upon arrival, our guests will receive room and gate keys so that they can move around freely. On the day of departure, please leave the key on the outside of the room door!
In the event of the loss of the given keys, the Guest is obliged to notify us immediately and reimburse the associated costs!
Parking is free for guests!
Only guests whose details are recorded in our system may stay at the accommodation!
In consideration of the silence order and our othet guests, please refrain from all kinds of noisy activites! Furthermore, we ask that when you arrive home at night or in the morning, you drive quietly in the building, taking into account the peace of others!
Smoking is prohibited in our rooms, only in the yard, not even in the window! (Applies to all alternative tobacco products!) Please dispose of the butts in the ashtrays reserved for this purpose!
Animals may only be brought into the accommodation with the owner's permission for a pre-agreed fee!
We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms!
Please respect the rules, protect the furnishings of the house, and do not take them out of the room (e.g. towels, small pillows, blankets)!
When leaving the rooms, please turn off the water and electricity, turn off the air conditioning, close the window and lock the door!
It is forbidden to bring any kind of flammable material or device into the rooms!
Damage caused in the accommodation area must be compensated by the person causing the damage or their legal representative!
We reserve the right to select our clientele. We do not accept guests who are drunk or aggressive!

Our services can be requested from the operator: iron, ironing board
The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply with the house rules!
In case of violation of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we are unable to reimburse the guest for any remaining days!
By using the accommodation, it goes without saying that the guest has read, understood and accepted the rules!
In case of longer stay, bed linen change and cleaning are provided!
