Our aim is to ensure your relaxation and to avoid any misunderstandings, so we would like you to familiarise yourself with our policies!
By making a reservation, you declare that you have read and understood the policy and that you accept it as binding on yourself and your fellow passengers.
We operate our guest house as a private accommodation.
Upon arrival, guests are required to hand over their personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) and the amount payable on the spot to the host for identification purposes. Guests are only allowed to book rooms after payment of the full participation fee!
The full participation fee is for the days booked in advance, in case you decide to cancel your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund your money!
Payment methods: cash, credit card, SZÉP card. Tourist tax cannot be paid by SZÉP card!
Accommodation can be booked between 14.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please inform us by phone!
You must leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure!
The operator is available for guests on arrival and departure!
Guests will also receive room and gate keys on arrival, so they can move around freely. On the day of departure, please leave the key outside the room door!
In case of loss of the keys, the Guest is obliged to inform us immediately and to reimburse the costs involved!
Parking is free for guests!
Only guests whose details are recorded in our system are allowed to stay at the accommodation!
In consideration of the silence ordinance and our other guests, please refrain from any noisy activities! We also ask you to move quietly in the building when you return home at night or at dawn, taking into account the peace and quiet of others!
No smoking in our rooms, only in the courtyard, no smoking in windows! (All alternative tobacco products apply!) Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
Animals are only allowed with the owner's permission and a fee is payable in advance.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the rooms!
Please keep the house tidy, take care of the equipment and do not take it out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets).
When leaving the rooms, please turn off the water, electricity, air conditioning, close the window and lock the door.
It is forbidden to bring any kind of flammable material or equipment into the rooms!
Damage caused on the premises of the accommodation must be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.
We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept drunk or aggressive guests!

Services available on request from the operator: iron, ironing board.
The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not respect the house rules!
In case of non-compliance, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we will not be able to refund any remaining days!
By using the accommodation it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the house rules!
For longer stays, bed linen change and cleaning service is provided!
If you are satisfied with the services provided, please write a review on our online reviews page. Any complaints will be taken into account and will be dealt with in person, during working hours from 09:00 to 20:00.
